About T-Bone

The T-bone is essentially a New York Strip and a beef tenderloin separated by a T-shaped bone. You’re getting two of the most prized cuts in one package. The bone adds flavor and makes for impressive presentation.

Grill Method

Season generously. Grill on high heat, starting with the strip side closest to the heat since tenderloin cooks faster. 4–5 minutes per side for a 1-inch steak. Pull at 125°F internal — it will carry-over cook to 130°F while resting. Rest 5 minutes minimum. Slice the meat away from the bone in two sections before serving.
